Facts about Prelude, LLC
Prelude, LLC is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. For the last seven years we have worked developing wind farms. We are a small firm with the advantage of being able to make decisions quickly and if necessary, make changes quickly. We are not ruled by another company or an investor who tells us what to pay or where to go. We believe in treating everyone fairly, and providing what we hope is a fair amount of return for the property owners. Basically no one can tell us to lower payments because we need a higher rate of return. We fully understand what the market pays just like every other developer in the industry.
Prelude is currently working on multiple projects in South Dakota and Wisconsin. The wind farm in Glenmore, WI has been sold to Cenergy. We are excited to watch as this wind farm goes through the final stages of the development process. Additionally, we are working on projects in Wrightstown, WI and Rockland, WI., Morrison WI.
In South Dakota we are making progress particularly in the Winner area. We want to thank our land owners for their patience during the development process. The obstacles in South Dakota to wind development are formidable but we are reaching our projected goals and staying focused on the prize.
